I just wanted to send my own word of praise to your entire team for the
wonderful job you performed on my carpets.
Moving here from Illinois created a lot challenges but your company was the
one place that put me at ease. Not knowing the area or who to choose for
carpet cleaning was a little daunting. I found you online and was impressed by
your website, testimonials and before & after pictures. You quickly contacted
me when I emailed you, explained your pricing and the cleaning process.
Your technicians were promptly on time, were very pleasant, answered my
questions, and did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. The carpets looked
and smelled so wonderful. As others have said there were no "hidden" cost
and the service was terrific.
We are so pleased to have found a true family owned honest company we can
count on. Although we are still new to the area, I will always keep you in mind if
and when our new friends say they need carpet cleaning.

Doug & Angela:
WOW!!!! That's what my first word was when I saw my family room Berber carpet that was
previously filthy with muddy dog prints and urine stains. Not only was it bright white again,
but it smelled so incredibly wonderful like fresh citrus (no chemical odor). I think even Doug
was impressed how well the disaster cleaned up! Doug continued with my upstairs LR/DR
area that was old & had been heavily soiled by 4 young kids. There were dark unknown
stains in various places and after cleaning they were all GONE!!! The carpet looked
practically brand new again! I was overjoyed with the results, your quote and your promise
of no hidden costs. I was never asked to pay any additional money for any extra services
that "the other guys" advise after you pay their coupon cost for basic. I couldn't wait for my
husband to come home to see what his impression was... it was the same as mine...
WOW!!!! We will be advising our friends and neighbors to use your service -- reasonably
priced, so professional, and awesome results! We also will be calling you again to complete
our bedrooms and upstairs... thanks again SO much!!!!

They are absolutely the best, in fact I have referred both of my sisters, my Mom, sister-in-law,
and several friends to them for carpet cleaning services. With 2 small boys and a dog my
carpets really take a beating, I can honestly say they look brand new after Heavens Best
Cleans them. I had always used Stanley Steamer before I starting using Heavens Best about
2 years ago, and the difference in the quality of the work is worlds apart. The other thing I
really like about using Heavens best is that it’s a smaller company so it’s usually the same
guys that come out to the house, and I really trust them in my home. The price is always the
same as they quote me on the phone and they are the only company I would consider to clean
my carpets! They really are the best.
I know you will be very happy with their services.
